I’m Allie, the founder of Connected Wellness. As a psychologist, I have had the privilege to guide many through the challenging process of healing. I believe that we are all doing the best that we can with what we have, and we have the ability to change. I have found that with courage and compassion, we are able to remove the band-aids we’ve been using to address the underlying wounds that need tending to in order for us to be able to reconnect with ourselves and our lives.
